In her new role, Ms. Migliarese will provide leadership for Kane Partner’s staffing business unit in the areas of Software, Applications and I.T. Infrastructure professional services. She will also be responsible for the formation of business alliances and new market development. She will report directly to Gary Kane, President and CEO of Kane Partners.

Jill’s executive level contract industry sales and operations experience will be leveraged to advance Kane’s growing contract staffing business unit. Prior to joining Kane Partners, Jill was president and CEO of Search I.T., LLC, a contract staffing firm in Florida. “I am looking forward to the challenge of building Kane Partners contract staffing business. I love leading sales initiatives and developing new ventures in the contract staffing space. Gary’s vision for this unit and my experience and expertise will hopefully make for a formidable new presence in this highly competitive market.”
